A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your requested date and time slot. Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty with at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the initial deposit.
Can I bring guests to my recording session?+
Yes. Artists may bring up to 3 guests (managers, collaborators, videographers). To ensure optimal focus and clean recording conditions in the live room, large entourages are not permitted unless pre-arranged via a Full-Day Studio Lockout.
How do I receive my audio files after the session?+
At the end of your session, your engineer will export consolidated, dry multitrack WAV stems (24-bit/48kHz) alongside a rough MP3/WAV reference mix. Files are transferred directly via AirDrop, USB flash drive, or an instant Google Drive/Dropbox download link.
